Rachel Mincemeyer

TO HER CORE:

Rachel’s intention is to help others to reclaim their Body as a Compass.

She loves to share her many forms of natural medicine: yoga flows, nourishing recipes, juicy workouts, and calming breathwork.

Rachel is a scientist by nature, experimenting with the world around her, allowing curiosity to take her beyond the known and into world of question and discovery. From a small town in Missouri to the coastal waters of Africa, Rachel loves to learn and to share, to be a student of this Earth, and a pupil to her experience. Her passion for movement and food has guided her along a flavorful journey.

She believes the word ‘medicine’ has an expanded meaning; medicine is not always outside us. We can also heal by integrating nourishing practices: making time for movement, prioritizing play, finding moments of stillness, eating natural foods, offering loving communication, and remembering to rest.

Rachel is dedicated to helping others explore new territory, discover movements that facilitate growth and expansion, flexibility and a sense of calm. She strives to help her community reclaim their Sensuality and improve the Quality of Observation. There is so much to uncover in our experience alone.

Rachel is honored to have the opportunity to be a source of inspiration and guidance for you.
